What are your opening & closing times?
York: Monday – Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. Sunday Closed.
What price do your reborns start at? 😕
Our reborns start at £99 for no hair and £159 with hair, which would be our starters Serena, Stefano, Stevie and Sofia!
What price do your play dollies start at? 😕
Our manufactured babies start at £25, they can be found here.
Can I add a hamper to my dolly order?
Sure! Our hampers are £50 and can be added to any order, they can be found here, you can also create your own hamper using our Mary Shortle Hamper Builder!
What comes in the hamper?
Our £50 standard hamper includes a Moses basket & stand, changing mat, blanket, bottle, toy & nappies, all beautifully wrapped in cellophane with a bow.
How much is postage?
Postage to UK Mainland is £8, Northern Ireland is £15 & Southern Ireland is £35, more countries can be found here.
How does my order come when posted?
If you have ordered a reborn, it will come in a beautiful Mary Shortle Gift Bag worth £2.50, the parcel will arrive in a brown box with no sign of Mary Shortle on the outside of the box.
How long does delivery take? (UK Mainland)
Approximately 2 – 7 working days but can take up to 10. You will receive a text/e-mail from DPD with a date and timeslot.
Can I put my order on payment plan/layaway?
You sure can! While at checkout press the “Payment Plan” button, you’re then able to decide when you would like the payments taking, how much & how long the payment plan should last for.
Will my Dolly Points reset?
Yes, your Dolly Points will reset at the beginning of every year (01/01/XXXX) so make sure to spend them as soon as possible to not lose any points you have collected.
