Prices and Payment
All prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards.
Delivery
We deliver within the mainland UK. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 3 working days.
We deliver worldwide. We cannot guarantee delivery times but we aim to deliver within 14 working days.
Delivery Costs
The delivery costs for the UK are as follows:
Mainland: £8.00 per parcel
Rest of UK: £15.00 per parcel (including Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Republic of Ireland £35.00 per parcel

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. If the item purchased is out of stock you will receive a full refund. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the “Add to Basket” button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button “Order Now”, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons, your order’s data are not accessible via the internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Returns or Exchange
If in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your online purchase you must contact us for an exchange or refund before returning the item. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned in an original and resalable condition.
